Shipping
Our imported products are shipped automatically from our suppliers to us upon payment of an order rather than us having a large warehouse here to store and maintain. This allows us to offer lower prices to our customers. The delivery timeframe for these products is between 14 and 25 business days.
Our NZ Made Products (being released on the website on the 1st February) have a delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 business days if uncustomized. For custom products the timeframe is extended to between 10 and 15 business days following design approval. If any embroidery is required we will confirm a delivery timeframe before the order is confirmed.
