COVID-19 Shipping Updates

Due to the international Covid-19 pandemic, borders being closed & businesses closing, our imported products may become unavailable or have longer than usual shipping delays. We, like most NZ businesses who import in smaller quantities, are still waiting for new stock to arrive from the last few months. 

We ask for your patience please during this time. We will keep you updated as much as possible about where your order is located during the shipping process by providing you with the international shipping number. 

Should your item be made unavailable or is not shipped from it's origin country within 12 days, we will be in touch with you to arrange a refund.

In addition to the international limitations, with the recently imposed level restrictions, we are expecting to see some delays with domestic shipping times as we experienced in the last level lockdowns.
